Sandra represents both local and national developers in a variety of commercial real estate development, financing, acquisition, and leasing matters. Sandra structures deals involving retail shopping center, office, multi-family, condominium, and mixed use projects, both in the Kansas City metropolitan area and across the Midwest. Her role in these projects includes the negotiation and preparation of acquisition and development documentation, financing structures, lease documentation, and economic incentive packages. In addition, Sandra represents various banks and lending institutions in connection with real estate loans on a local and regional basis. Sandra earned her B.A. from the University of Kansas and her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. |
