ATTORNEY
We seek to have an attorney join our business litigation team. Our cases run the gamut, but typically involve Breach of Contract, Business Torts, Condemnation, Constitutional Torts, Foreclosure, Employment, and other commercial matters in state and federal courts. Applicant must be a self-starter. Strong research, analytical, and writing skills required. Best candidates will have 3 to 10 years experience and will be licensed in MO and KS. No book of business required.
LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Our Litigation Department has a paralegal opening. The work involves civil litigation: commercial torts and breach of contract, condemnation, and foreclosure. In addition, there will be some criminal litigation. We require excellent communication skills, three years of experience working in complex civil litigation, and an educational minimum of an associate’s degree. Best candidate will have a working knowledge of litigation support technology and a paralegal certificate. A willingness to learn and the ability to manage projects are excellent traits.
