Neal concentrates his practice in the areas of economic development incentives, including tax increment financing, transportation development districts, and chapter 353 redevelopment tax abatement. Neal's background as a former Director of Development for a private, multi-family developer brings clients a unique and first-hand understanding of land use and development. Neal is the Associate Editor of Missouri Economic Development Law, and Missouri Land Use Law, both published by the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Law. Neal earned his B.G.S. from the University of Kansas and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois. |
