Aaron's forté is complicated development projects. Aaron resolves the conflict of the complexity of economic development incentives, zoning, and land use law with the practical realities faced by developers. Whether it is a two million square foot, mixed use project, a stadium, or a single family subdivision, Aaron designs and successfully implements a strategy resulting in the issuance of a building permit. Through his efforts, clients have successfully expanded existing businesses, constructed new facilities, and revitalized communities throughout Missouri and Kansas. Aaron is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Planning Association, and the Legal Action Network for Development Strategies. Aaron has been voted by his peers and recognized as a Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyer and a "Top Lawyer" by Corporate Counsel. Aaron is very active in the local civic and philanthropic community. He has leadership rolls in many of Kansas City's vital organizations. Aaron received his quadruple major A.B., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
